I am a fully accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). I have extensive experience of working both for the NHS and privately, specialising in providing cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) sessions via the phone and Skype. I have a friendly, supportive and professional approach to therapy which has proven to be very effective with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, trauma, problematic worry, OCD, panic attacks, agoraphobia, weight and anger issues. CBT is a highly effective, evidence based talking therapy that helps you change negative ways of thinking and behaving, allowing you to start to enjoy life again. I also provide cognitive behavioural coaching sessions to help people to make more general positive changes in their lives.
