I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist), with full BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) accreditation and use a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Activation, and Mindfulness. I have many years of experience working within the mental health and therapy field and have specialised in the practice of CBT since 2010 when I completed my post graduate training at Southampton University. I set up my private practice in 2014 and have successfully treated many people with a range of difficulties during this time. I work with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic, Agoraphobia, Low Self-esteem, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).
