I am a practicing Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist working from the UK. I am a member of the National Counselling Society and I hold Masters and Bachelors degrees in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy, Philosophy and Literature. As a Psychotherapist, I have worked with people from all walks of life, helping with issues such as trauma, depression, body dysmorphia, PTSD, anxiety, bereavement and loss. As a Person-Centred therapist, I believe that we have the potential for healthy personal growth and fulfilment. Often, this need is thwarted by life's many hardships and challenges. By valuing your individuality and your experiences, I aim to help you meet your potential and to satisfy your needs for growth and fulfilment. I can offer you one to one, unhurried counselling sessions from Monday to Friday. During our sessions I will endeavour to create an environment where you can feel safe enough to be who you are and to become who you need to be.
