I am a counselling psychologist with several years’ experience of working in NHS mental health services with people with difficulties like anxiety, depression, panic disorder, relationship difficulties, phobias, chronic pain, problematic negative thoughts/ emotions and so on. The aim of my approach to therapy is to help you develop lasting and effective ways of coping with life challenges. I am trained to work from three evidence based psychological approaches: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), action and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy. I am a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Profession Council (HCPC) which means that I am trained to the highest possible standard.
