I am an experienced, registered counsellor and member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have been awarded BACP accredited status because I have shown a higher level of experience and competence in my profession. I am qualified to post graduate level as a psychodynamic counsellor, which means I have studied for 3 years at a university to become qualified. In addition I have an Masters research degree (M.Phil) specialising in women and motherhood. I work with young people, adults and couples and have a wealth of experience, particularly around issues of motherhood. Psychodynamic therapy helps people to resolve issues or process difficult feelings at a deep level. By providing a safe space to share your concerns, I can help you to understand yourself better and perhaps move past some of the obstacles to happiness that have been getting in your way.
