I am a 45 year old Cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT), and Behavioural Couples Therapist, and also have some training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work in a senior role in an Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) service, and offer Skype CBT during weekday evenings. I have 10 years experience of using CBT, working with the NHS and privately, and treat problems associated with anxiety and/or depression, including low self esteem, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), panic problems, health anxiety, problematic worry, phobias, OCD, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and managing anger. I can also work with insomnia, chronic fatigue problems, and eating problems within the mild-moderate severity range, including binge-eating disorder and bulimia.
