I offer therapy in a safe environment, providing confidential, non-judgemental support to help you explore the difficulties that have led you to seek help. I strive to build a supportive and trusting relationship to work through issues that may be upsetting you. We will explore these problems together and find ways to manage feelings that may overwhelm you, challenge self defeating behaviour, identify goals and increase motivation to change. I specialise in working with emotional difficulties such as relationship issues, loss (of others and of self), trauma, emotional avoidance or dependency, anxiety, depression, addictions and emotional and physical abuse. I aim to build good self esteem, a strong sense of self, healthy relationships with others, but most importantly a healthy relationship with oneself. Sessions are tailor made to meet your needs, integrating the right psychological approach for you. It takes courage to seek help so I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.
