My name is Matt and I am a professional and qualified counsellor, here to listen and providing you with a supportive, confidential and safe environment to talk. I work with people who have identified that they have feelings of low self-esteem or low confidence and want to make changes so that they can live their lives in the fullest way possible. I work with clients online, on the telephone and face to face. I have a warm, calm and caring approach, focussed on what is important to you and working with you to explore next steps rather than "telling you" what to do.
